Role Summary
This role operates at both a strategic and operational level. Knowledge of the setup of best in class processes and systems is a key requirement. The role will lead on building a key function in a growing, evolving business. Strong people management skills are also a key element of the role. Strong internal stakeholder management is also required.
Role Accountabilities
Day to day management of all MGA operational teams.
Ensure that all standard operating procedures are being followed and are kept up to date through defined change control processes.
Completing ad hoc and regular process reviews to identify improvements and enhancements to the administrative processes.
Implementation of process improvements from start to end.
Working with the Projects / IT teams to scope and implement technological improvements that can be made to reduce/ automate admin tasks.
Ensuring that data quality is acceptable by completing data quality assurance checks i.e. data sample checks, 4 eyed checks, root cause analysis, exception reporting etc.
Accountable to Business heads in respect of the administrative services that they receive.
Operational MI/Reporting on Data quality (Board level KPIs).
Key member of Group Data governance framework.
Owner of the Admin Training programme - training of teams and new joiners.
Use formal reporting mechanisms, as defined by Risk and Compliance or Internal Audit, to promptly notify relevant parties of any perceived new risks or failures of existing control measures.
At all times, consider the effect of any actions taken on the customers of the Company, with the intention of improving their experience.
All employees must endeavour to provide accurate, complete and appropriate data, in accordance with the Company’s data policy, as part of their roles and responsibilities at all times.

Role Requirements
Understanding of insurance and the Lloyd’s market processes.
Relevant law and regulations knowledge and experience.
Ability to analyse data and present results in a clear and concise manner at a senior level.
Advanced IT skills.
Experience of training and coaching support/operational teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
