We are at a pivotal point of our extensive brand growth plan, looking for a Senior Creative to focus on the design and implementation of large-scale campaigns, brand activities, and video editing and significantly contribute to the long-term vision of the Group.
You should have a track record of driving ideas and creative concepts. Experience in all-encompassing (re)brand projects and video editing skills are essential.
You'll respond to a real variety of creative briefs, generating ideas that inspire integrated campaigns across multiple channels. These campaigns will create memorable brand customer experiences, you should have a desire to blend creativity, design, technology and strategy.
Education & Qualifications
A Design related Degree
At least 5 A-C Grade GCSE including English, Maths and ICT
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
3 years of proven design experience particularly in brand, digital assets and video.
Demonstratable experience in (re)brand design and video editing
A strong portfolio of work
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
A thorough knowledge of relevant design software including Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects are essential
Experience in design for social media channels
Video editing skills are welcomed but not essential
UX and UI design skills are welcomed but not essential
Creativity, versatility, conceptual/visual design ability and originality
Outcome-focused, self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven!
Team player with the ability to work on their own initiatives.
