Role Summary
Here at Aventum Group, we have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our progressive journey as a growing creative department for a Global specialist Insurance Group.
We are at a pivotal point in our extensive brand growth plan, looking for a Senior Creative to focus on the design and implementation of large-scale campaigns, brand activities, and video editing and significantly contribute to the long-term vision of the Group.
You should have a track record of driving ideas and creative concepts. Experience in all-encompassing (re)brand projects and video editing skills are essential.
You’ll respond to a real variety of creative briefs, generating ideas that inspire integrated campaigns across multiple channels. These campaigns will create memorable brand customer experiences, you should have the desire to blend creativity, design, technology and strategy.
Education and Qualifications
Skills & Experience
3 years proven design experience particularly in brand, digital assets and video.
Demonstrable experience in (re)brand design.
Video editing and animation skills.
A strong portfolio of work.
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
A thorough knowledge of relevant design software including Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects are essential.
Experience in design for social media channels.
UX and UI design skills are welcomed but not essential.
Creativity, versatility, conceptual/visual design ability and originality.
