Talent Acquisition Advisor

In this newly created role, you will work alongside the Talent Manager in coordinating recruitment projects in a collaborative and creative approach in attracting, sourcing, assessing, offering, and onboarding successful candidates
Roles & Responsibilities
Source and approach candidates through the use of various online platforms such as online job boards, CV databases, and social media.
Build and nurture a talent pool of active and passive candidates for all specialist functions
Act as a point of contact for all resourcing
Work closely with hiring managers to find our perfect match of skills, expertise, and cultural fit
Achieve an excellent candidate experience
Find creative ways to effectively attract and source talented people in competitive markets.
Filter and shortlisting of candidates
Arranging interviews and providing correspondence relating to the interview process
Manage the PSL and develop agency relationships
Do the simple things well
Skills & Experience
Previous relevant experience in a Resourcing/ Recruitment ideally within the insurance industry
Experience of working within a Professional Services environment
Exceptional communication ability, over the phone, by e-mail and face-to-face
Previous demonstrable experience of delivering a consistently high candidate experience
Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and key candidate touch points and process
Good general IT skills including MS Office
