Of course, many organisations will tell you that their people love what they do. But we’re an organisation that would rather show you. Here’s a short video we’ve made with our people who talk openly about what it’s like to work at Aventum and what inspires them, to be the best they can be.


At Aventum, our adventure to make things better extends well beyond insurance and sits firmly in our commitment to Corporate Social responsibility (CSR).

We want to invest in the future and in the communities in which we live and work. As ever, our people are key to how we do things. We actively encourage them to help select the charities we support, empowering them to become champions for the issues and causes that they have personal connections with. All our people are given annual volunteer days to show that we really do mean what we say. In 2020, despite challenging conditions, we raised over £30,000 in support of the causes that are close to our hearts. These include Silver, a charity that supports lonely senior citizens, and Mind, the renowned mental health charity. During the pandemic, we’ve also been proud and privileged to support thousands of key workers at a wide range of UK hospitals, by providing over 23,000 portions of fruit.
