Amplify 2025: A Night to Remember at the Ministry of Sound

This summer, Aventum’s annual party, Amplify, took over the iconic Ministry of Sound in London - the home of dance culture and a legendary hub for music lovers.

From the second guests stepped inside, it was clear this wasn’t going to be just another office party. But is that ever really a concern when Aventum is throwing a party?

Not even industrial action across London’s transport network could deter people from a party at the Ministry, with guests arriving in high spirits, ready for what promised to be an unforgettable evening.

Aventum’s very own Jasmine Stafford kicked the night off with her stunning renditions of songs like Whitney Houston’s  I Wanna Dance With Somebody and Cher’s Believe, along with many more.

CEO David Bearman then took to the stage with a warm welcome to guests, setting the tone for an evening of celebration, music and electric energy.

Music at Ministry

The Ministry’s world-famous sound system and immersive lighting transformed the space, with Kudos, a ten-piece band, taking to the stage for two electrifying sets.

Throughout the evening, DJ Kylie Jordan kept the dancefloor alive between sets before the ‘Battle of the DJs’ got underway, bringing about the competitive spirit of our colleagues. Eddie Hughes emerged victorious as one guest raved that they “loved everything about it and the music was amazing.”

Fun Beyond the Dancefloor

Later, guests explored The Courtyard, enjoying delicious bites from a range of food trucks, marvelling at dazzling LED robots and getting playful with neon face painting. One colleague said: “Great event – The best yet!”

With energy levels replenished, DJ Luck and MC Neat, legendary figures in the UK garage scene, took to the stage to make sure everyone was dancing well into the night.

Feedback from Amplify 2025 has been overwhelmingly positive, with attendees praising the branding and theme, noting how it brought the Aventum spirit to life across every corner of the venue, celebrating our people, our culture and the Aventum energy. As one attendee said, “Amazing, as per!” - a sentiment we couldn’t agree with more.
