Aventum Group Rockets to No.12 in the UK’s Best Workplaces 2024
We are absolutely bursting with pride that we have been recognised as one of the 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work UK.
Our ranking was revealed at the prestigious UK’s Best Workplaces Awards, held at the glamorous Grosvenor House in the heart of London on 14th March. Often considered the ‘gold standard’ of employer awards, those on the list are independently assessed throughout a rigorous and unique process.
Reaching New Heights of Excellence
Aventum Group has officially ranked 12th out of 105 businesses in the Large Company category - with between 201 and 1,000 employees. We are particularly thrilled to have ranked as the highest ‘Financial Services and Insurance’ business in the Large Company category.
This achievement is a true testament to the Aventum commitment to cultivating an exceptional workplace culture where every member of the team can thrive. Over the past 12 months, our journey has been fueled by innovation, dedication and a constant pursuit of excellence.
We are delighted that 92% of our employees say Aventum is a great place to work. This compares to a UK average of just 54%.
95% are proud to tell others they work here
96% of our employees said they felt welcome when they joined the Group
We have embraced challenges and continue to champion a culture of continuous learning, sharing knowledge and ideas along the way. Having received this award two years in a row, you just know that next year our eyes are on cracking that Top 10 - because that is how we do things at Aventum.
Behind the Numbers
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces List, Great Place to Work analysed confidential employee survey feedback on trust and reaching their full potential, as well as employees’ experiences of innovation, company values and leadership effectiveness across departments and seniority.
They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses that achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces accreditation.
Feedback and Growth
From our anonymous feedback, we can see that overall, our team highly commends our dedication to ongoing learning, individual growth and the culture of knowledge exchange across the business.
As an employee owned business, we are empowered to make our decisions based on what is best for our employees and clients, rather than stakeholders.
Looking Ahead
Of course, our journey does not end here. Like we always say, we are just getting started. As we enjoy this achievement today, we are already looking to tomorrow - dreaming bigger and reaching higher.
So, if you are ready to join one of the UK’s Best Workplaces, kick-starting your journey of growth, opportunity and endless possibilities, then what are you waiting for? Check out our vacancies page today and come and join us at one of the best places to work in the UK.
