Celebrating Excellence: Women in Insurance Awards 2024 - The Finalists

Earlier this year, it was announced that from across Aventum Group, we had 13 women nominated at the Women in Insurance Awards 2024.

Today, we are delighted to reveal that four fantastic women have been selected as finalists at the awards, set to take place in London in October. Let’s meet the finalists.

Tanya Kukreja

Tanya is nominated in the Digital Champion of the Year category. As Lead Architect at Aventum Group, Tanya plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative IT solutions across the Group, driving technological advancements and efficiency across the business.

Natasha Aylen

Natasha is nominated for the Team Leader of the Year award in the Broker category. As Group Head of Strategic Operations at Aventum Group, Natasha ensures smooth business processes and helps develop initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and success of the Group.

Nadine Kearney

Nadine is nominated for the MGA Professional of the Year award. As a Chief Underwriting Officer for Specialty at Rokstone, Nadine oversees the specialty lines underwriting, driving innovation and excellence in product development and risk management.

Katherine Jardine

Katherine has secured finalist positions in both the Insurance Broker of the Year and London Market Professional of the Year categories. As a Senior Associate within the Professional and Executive Risk Solutions team at Consilium, Katherine provides expert insurance advice to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of the market while delivering outstanding results.
