iSure Named One of Ireland’s Best Places to Work 2025

You might remember, earlier this year, Aventum Group was recognised by The Sunday Times in their Best Places to Work list for 2025. Now, we are proud to share that iSure has officially been named one of Ireland’s Best Places to Work in 2025, as featured by The Sunday Times and powered by WorkL.
The list celebrates companies where people feel good about where they work, proud of what they do and positive about their future.
From The Voices That Matter Most
This recognition is built on in-depth survey data, provided anonymously from people from across the Group. The survey digs into what really counts in a workplace - wellbeing, inclusion, trust, communication, development opportunities and whether people feel proud to be here.
The Sunday Times Ireland partnered with WorkL, an employee-experience platform, to share insights on what makes a Best Place to Work. They use 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey, which was created by experts including behavioral scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders and academics.
To achieve a high overall engagement score, an organisation must score well across WorkL’s six-step framework:
Reward and Recognition
Instilling Pride
Information Sharing
Empowerment
Wellbeing
Job Satisfaction
Following the recognition, Sean Murray, CEO of Rokstone Europe, said, “We set out to build a place where people genuinely enjoy coming to work and know they’re part of something meaningful. We are proud of how far we have come and even more excited about what's ahead."
Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey and to everyone helping make iSure such a brilliant place to work. We are incredibly proud of the culture we are building together and even more excited for what comes next.
