Pedalling into the Record Books: EC3 Relay Reflection

What a ride! The EC3 Relay was a smashing success story and it’s all thanks to our incredible participants, volunteers and sponsors.
Over three unforgettable days, we set a new Guinness World Record and raised a substantial amount of money for Cancer Research UK. We couldn’t be prouder or more grateful for the amazing turnout and support.
The Unbelievable Stats
560 cyclists: Each of you powered this event with unstoppable energy!
57 volunteers: Your dedication and hard work made everything possible!
53 hours and 45 minutes: Non-stop cycling action, day and night!
1,215km cycled: That’s more than the distance between London and Madrid by road!
£75,337 raised: All for Cancer Research UK.
2.5 seconds: The fastest changeover of the Relay.
To Our Amazing Cyclists
You pedalled with purpose, passion and punch! Day and night, your efforts were nothing short of heroic as each of you played a vital role in achieving this Guinness World Records official title. Your dedication and energy were inspiring, especially during the 3am singalongs!
To Our Rockstar Volunteers
From taking donations and cheering on cyclists to explaining exactly what was happening to curious passersby, your enthusiasm and hard work kept the momentum going as you made every moment count.
To Our Generous Sponsors
Your support fuelled our journey. We couldn’t have done it without your contributions. Thank you for standing by us and helping us make a real difference.
Keeping Momentum Going
We have raised an incredible £75,337. Every donation helps in the fight against cancer. The EC3 Relay was more than just a world record attempt. It was a testament to the power of community, dedication and hope. Together, we have shown that when the London Market unites for a cause, incredible things can happen.
Thank you once again to everyone who participated, volunteered and supported us.
