
Meet Jeff
Jeff joins the Group from MS Amlin, where he served as Senior Talent Development Manager. His career also includes significant roles such as Head of Talent at Iceland and strategic HR positions at Morrisons and Argos.
Throughout his career, Jeff has demonstrated a deep commitment to learning and development, making him the perfect fit for our rapidly growing business.
Jeff’s Role at Aventum Group
In his new role, Jeff will oversee the development of our learning programmes and work with the wider HR team on:
Creating service and performance cultures
Growing talent in the business
Developing early careers
Developing engaging essential learning to take the business forward
