We’re In The Top 10! One of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development

We have always said people want to grow with us and now it’s official.

Aventum Group has been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development in 2025, placing number nine in the Large Company category - up from 15 last year.

This new ranking from Great Place to Work celebrates companies that do more than just talk about personal development, building it into everyday culture. That means giving people the tools, support and actual opportunities to keep learning, keep growing and keep moving forward in a way that works for them.

Climbing Higher at Aventum

This is our second award from Great Place to Work in the last five months. To earn a place on the list, GPTW analysed our culture, leadership, benefits and employee experience, combining this with honest feedback from our people. That feedback helped benchmark what we offer against what it is really like to work here. Only companies with the top scores make the list.
