Officially a Great Place to Work in 2023

Back in November 2022, our UK family members were given the opportunity to participate in a survey about working practices and company culture. All contributing to what makes Aventum Group unique, we are proud to announce that, following the publication of the results, we have been officially recognised as a Best Workplace and have achieved Great Place to Work certification.

What does it all mean?

'Great Place to Work' is the global authority on workplace culture. They recognise that an environment that employees enjoy is a key component in workplace productivity and business efficiency. Being recognised as a Best Workplace can result in;

The Certification

The award is important to Aventum Group as an organisation because it is our employees who ‘vote’ in the survey. It serves as a great accreditation in terms of recruiting new team members and allows us to showcase why (and how) we are a Best Workplace.
