What makes a workplace truly great? It’s not just about the perks or the pay cheque, but trust, fairness and a culture where people genuinely care about each other. At Aventum, that is exactly what we work hard to create and maintain.

This year, we are proud to share that we have ranked number 11 on the UK’s Best Workplace list for 2025 in the Large Company category. The ranking was announced at a ceremony in London on 13 March and hosted by the brilliant Richard Ayoade, who brought his signature wit to the evening.

Climbing the Ranks

After taking the 12th spot on the list in 2024, we are moving in the right direction and have our sights set on cracking the top ten in 2026. Our employees’ feedback got us here, and their insights will help us get even better.

So, what does this recognition mean? Well, it reflects the experience our people have every day when they come to work. A massive 91% of our team say Aventum is a great place to work - an achievement we are very proud of.

What Our People Say

Behind every ranking is a story. Ours is one of trust, support and shared success.

  • 94% are proud to tell people they work at Aventum

  • 93% believe people here genuinely care about each other

  • 99% feel Aventum provides a physically safe working environment

  • 97% believe people are treated fairly regardless of race or sexual orientation

  • 94% feel they can take time off when they need it

That is the kind of workplace we all want. This recognition highlights our dedication to employee well-being, making us a leader in creating a workplace that attracts top talent.

How the Best Workplace List is Determined

Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, evaluated feedback from 285,000 employees from across the UK, measuring trust, values, leadership effectiveness and workplace culture.

85% of the evaluation is based on what employees say about their experiences, while the remaining 15% assesses the company's values. Companies must first meet the Great Place to Work Certified standard before being considered for the Best Workplaces list.

The evaluation process includes a rigorous review of survey results, company culture, financial performance and external factors to ensure credibility and fairness in rankings.

To the Future

While we are celebrating this milestone, we know there is always more work to do. We will continue listening, learning and improving because being a Great Place to Work is ultimately about people.

If you are looking for a workplace where your voice is heard, your contributions rewarded and your colleagues genuinely have your back, check out our vacancies page because we are always looking for great people to join our team.
